Core Elite Operations Enhanced .223/5.56 Bolt Carrier Group

The Enhanced .223/5.56 BCG is specifically machined to give you a smoother functioning bolt carrier system. The bolt carrier is machined from 8620 case hardened steel and coated in a low friction black nitride finish. The 4130 steel gas key is set into a machined channel and staked according to mil-spec standards ensuring zero movement and proper locating every time. The bolt it self is machined from case hardened 9310 steel which is shot peened and coated with the same low friction black nitride finish as well as a shot peened, case hardened, black nitride coated, 4340 steel extractor. The mil-spec firing pin is a chrome coated 8740 hardened steel. The enhanced bolt carrier provides a smother, more linear recoil as compared to a standard mil-spec bolt carrier group. The enhanced design of the bolt carrier group cuts down on contact points within your receiver, resulting in less drag, and less wear on the bolt carrier group and the upper receiver itself.

HPT (High Pressure Tested) and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspected).

Available in a Black Nitride or Nickel Boron coating.
