Core Elite Operations CEO AR-10 .308 Bolt Carrier Group

The CEO AR-10 BCG is designed and manufactured to outperform other BCGs in the field. The full-auto rated BCG is machined with the proper radius standards set by true mil-spec tolerances. High pressure testing exceeded over 90,000 PSI without failure. All critical surfaces are machined to +/- .0005 inches. The gas key is machined with a rounded leading edge to ensure proper functioning in all makes and grades of uppers and buffers. The grade 8 hex screws are torqued and staked per true mil-spec standards. The body of the carrier is hard turned after a heat treatment to +/- .0005 inches both on the inner and outer diameter.  The entire bolt carrier system is coated in a low friction black nitride coating ensuring smooth and precise functionality of the bolt carrier group.
