The Core Elite .308 BCG is machined from purpose-selected steel alloys, tested to military specification, and finished to run hard with minimal maintenance. This isn’t an assembled parts-bin BCG — every component spec is deliberate.
CARRIER
- Machined from 8620 tool steel with forward assist serrations for positive manipulation under any condition
- Gas key is 4130 steel, attached with Grade 8 hardware, and properly staked — not spot-staked, not hand-tight
- Black Nitride finish: harder than chrome, lower friction, corrosion resistant, and proven to reduce lubricant dependency in adverse environments
- Fits all AR-.308 / DPMS-pattern uppers and rifles
- Laser engraved with the CEO Eagle
BOLT
- Case-hardened 9310 steel, shot peened, and Black Nitride coated
- All external surfaces are CNC ground post-heat treat for a precision fit — dimensionally repeatable, not just dimensionally correct
- Firing pin hole reduced to .070″ for enhanced primer support
- Extractor is 4340 steel with dual O-rings and dual springs for positive extraction under sustained fire
- Firing pin is 8740 steel, hard chrome coated
- Every bolt is Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) and High Pressure Tested (HPT) — if it doesn’t pass, it doesn’t ship
- Multi-caliber compatible: .308 Win, 7.62×51 NATO, .338 Federal, and other .308-based cartridges
