Core Elite Operations CEO-15 .223/5.56 Bolt Carrier Group

Our full-auto rated AR15 bolt carrier groups are machined from Mil-Spec 8620 aircraft quality steel with shrouded firing pin and Mil-Spec chrome lined interior. Our BCGs also include a proper chrome lined and heat treated gas key. The gas key is secured to the carrier with Grade 8 fasteners and properly staked per Mil-Spec standards. This ensures a strong staking and proper gas system functionality. The bolt assembly is CNC machined from Mil-Spec Carpenter No. 158 steel and shot peened for increased strength per Mil-Spec standards. The BCG includes a tool steel extractor with spring and viton O-ring, as well as a firing pin that has been chrome coated and finished with a Mil-Spec firing pin retaining pin and cam pin.
