Standard mil-spec dust covers are a known headache — handguard removal, a hammer, and a retaining rod just to swap a dust cover. The EDC eliminates all of that. It installs and removes in seconds, no tools required.
Built from high-density Nylon 12 using the latest 3D printing technology, it’s lighter than metal alternatives without sacrificing durability, and it won’t corrode, crack, or bind under field conditions.
Where most dust covers eventually loosen and fail to stay closed as the receiver wears, the EDC’s adjustable detent set screw lets you dial in the fit. A single flathead adjustment extends the ball detent further out of its pocket — restoring a tight, positive close against the receiver regardless of wear.
